1. Generic Name: Ceftriaxone Sodium
Indication:
Respiratory tract infection, acute bacterial otitis media, mammary gland infections, gastrointestinal infections, skin and soft tissue infections, bone & joint infections, bacterial septicemia, intra-abdominal infection.
Pack size:
0.5g, 1g, & 2g.
Dosage and Administration:
- Cattle/Buffalo: 1gm/100kg body weight deep IM/Slow IV once or twice daily for 3-5 days.
- Goat/sheep: 0.5gm/25kg
- Calves/Buffalo calves: 0.5gm/50kg

2. Generic Name: Amoxicillin Trihydrate
Indication: Mastitis, cystitis, Pyometra, Retained placenta, Pneumonia, calf scour gastritis Stomatitis, skin & Soft tissue infections, abscess wounds foot rot etc.
Supply: Tablet form, Injection form.
Pack size: 1000 mg Tablet Bolus Tablet, 1 gm/2 gm/3 gm (10 ml) injection.
Route of Administration: Oral & IM or IV or SC
Dosage:
Cattle/sheep/goat/pig/Dogs & cats: 7 mg/kg or 1 g/142 kg body weight IM/IV/SC injection once or twice daily for 3-5 days.
Amoxicillin Powder for solution:
One bolus/125 kg body weight (8mg/kg) twice daily.
Poultry:
- 1 bolus/ 10 litre drinking water twice daily.
- 1gm/3-5L Drinking water for 3-5 days.
Goat/sheep: 10mg/kg
Dog/Cat: 30-60mg/kg
Calves: 25-45mg/kg or, 2.5gm/100kg
Fish & Shrimp: 4-5g/kg feed
